Room sizes felt cramped for the price!!! Shower sizes varied, with some uncomfortable!!! Noise from nearby streets and operations impacted relaxation!!! Lack of sufficient common space made it feel congested during busy hours!!!

Breakfast with local bakery items was delightful.

I absolutely loved my stay! The amazing staff offered excellent recommendations and helped with transport, making my trip easier. The continental breakfast was a delightful surprise, exceeding my expectations. Plus, the central location meant I was just a short walk away from must-see attractions like the Vatican and Pantheon.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, particularly a guy at the front desk, he remembered my name and actually helped me get a taxi on short notice. And the breakfast? Worth every minute—great cappuccino and just an awesome spread to start the day.

However, the room was smaller than I expected, which made it a bit tight for our luggage. I also faced some issues with the key card consistently working, leading to minor frustrations. Despite these hiccups, the overall hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel were commendable. I appreciate the staff's assistance, especially in helping with local dining options and transport. I'd definitely return, but would hope for more prompt resolution of key card issues.
